What this website is

It is marketing information about Khaisa Studio and what we build. It describes services, products, and how we prefer to work, so you can decide whether to start a conversation.

It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Nothing on it creates an obligation on either side, and nothing on it is a warranty that a particular result can be achieved for a particular system. Describing a capability is not the same as committing to a scope. Using the site means you accept that distinction.

Engagement terms come separately

Every project runs under its own written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees, confidentiality, and what happens if either side wants to stop. That agreement is negotiated before work starts.

Where anything in that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement wins. A page here is never a substitute for the terms you actually signed, and a change to this site does not change a project already underway.

Intellectual property and handoff

Clients receive the deliverables and documentation described in their agreement. In practice that means the workflow definitions, source we wrote for the project, configuration, diagrams, and the runbook. Credentials are created in your accounts and stay yours throughout, so a handoff is a transfer of understanding rather than a release of hostages.

We keep the rights to our own general knowledge, methods, internal tooling, and any component we built before the project or use across projects. Where such a component is part of what we deliver, your agreement says so and grants you the licence you need to keep running it.

The content of this website, including its text, layout, and marks, belongs to Khaisa Studio. Please do not republish it as your own.

Examples and figures on this site

Some pages show illustrative numbers, sample dashboards, and example views. They exist to explain a concept or show what a deliverable looks like. They are not measurements of client outcomes, they are not benchmarks, and they are not guarantees of performance, savings, or reliability. Any figure that comes from a real system is labelled as such and points at something you can verify.

We publish no client case studies and no testimonials. If a page ever carries one, it will be named and attributable.

Liability, in plain language

This site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete, current, or available without interruption, and we are not responsible for decisions you take based on it alone.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption. Liability connected to a project is dealt with in that project agreement, which sets its own limits. Nothing here tries to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to other sites

We link out to third-party services, documentation, and our own product at apiindonesia.id. Those destinations have their own terms and their own privacy notices, and we do not control what they publish or how they behave. Following a link is your decision.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the business changes. The current version is the one published here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Signed project agreements are not affected.
