Fit check

Bring us the workflow that keeps breaking.

A fit check is a short call and it costs nothing. We map the workflow, find where it fails, and decide together whether there is something here worth building. Sometimes the answer is that there is not, and we will tell you that on the call rather than three weeks into a project.

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

What the system is supposed to do, which tools it touches, and which steps a person still handles by hand.

  2. 02

    Find where it fails

The quiet failures matter more than the loud ones. We look for the points where something breaks and nobody finds out.

  3. 03

    Decide together

Automation, an API product, a managed integration, or nothing at all. We will say so if there is no fit.

Before you write

Five things that make the first reply useful.

None of this needs to be polished. Rough notes beat a formal brief, and they let us come back with something specific instead of a request for more information.

  • What the system should doOne or two sentences is enough. The outcome, not the implementation.
  • Where it fails todayWhat breaks, how often, and who notices when it does.
  • Which tools are involvedThe apps, APIs, spreadsheets, and inboxes the work passes through.
  • Who depends on itThe team or customer downstream, and what happens to them when it stops.
  • Any deadlineA date you are working towards, or a reason this became urgent now.

There is no submission form

Every link on this page opens your own email client. Nothing is posted to a server we control, and no message is stored in a system you cannot see.

That is deliberate. You keep control of what you send, you can attach whatever context helps, and the copy in your sent folder is the same one we receive. If a conversation goes anywhere, the thread is already the record.

We read messages that clearly describe a problem, and we reply to those. We are a small studio, so we would rather answer a few well than acknowledge everything and follow up on none of it.

Who replies

khmuhtadin, Founder, Khaisa Studio. The same person who would scope and build the work.

What to expect

A reply that responds to the actual problem, or an honest note that this is not a fit for us.
